Refunds and Returns Overview

Please contact us for a Return Authorization before returning any products. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Non-returnable Items

Face masks, sale items, gift cards, and gift certificates are non-returnable, but please do contact us in case of defects, including printing or manufacturing errors so that we might issue a replacement.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within a week, please contact us.

Sale Items

Sale items cannot be refunded.
